The villas we manage at Kahana Village are 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom townhouse layouts: two stories with living and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Each unit arrives fully stocked with the MPP Starter Kit: towels, beach chairs, starter toiletries, a hard-side cooler, and paper goods. Because each villa is individually owned, interior styling and bed configurations vary; our team can match you to a layout based on group size, view preference, and trip dates.

On the property side, the grounds wrap around a heated oceanfront saline-pool that overlooks the sandy beach. A soothing hot tub offers the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, while the poolside BBQ area invites you to gather with friends and family for a delicious outdoor meal. The resort’s main attraction is its beachfront poolside covered cabana that acts as a central gathering place with beachside seating and unforgettable ocean views.

The resort recently completed a new roof and a rooftop PV solar project and Tesla electric charging stations, a meaningful step in its commitment to mālama ʻāina and a measurable reduction in operational environmental footprint.

There is no resort fee for Kahana Village stays through MPP, and parking is open and free with no pass to register.

The setting earns the rest of the pitch. Honu (sea turtles) regularly rest on the sand at the property’s edge, and from late November through April humpbacks breach within sight of the lanais during Maui’s whale season. Kaʻanapali Beach and Whalers Village are roughly 10 minutes south; Kapalua Bay and the Kapalua Coastal Trail are a 5–10 minute drive north; Honolua Bay is about 15 minutes further north for winter snorkeling. Local Kahana standbys (Miso Phat Sushi, Dollie’s Pub & Café, Capt. Jack’s Island Grill, and Hawaiian Village Coffee) are within walking distance or a couple of minutes’ drive.
