-The large bar area has seating for 4 and there is a dining table with seating for 5 people.
-There is a large dining table on the lanai that is perfect for sunset dinners or Mai Tais and games.
-Off the living room lanai is a refreshing outdoor swimming pool and hot tub with an amazing ocean view.
-There are lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy.
-You will also want to make good use of the outdoor grill and dining table for sunset dinners.
-The ground floor Master Bedroom features ocean views, a king bed, and sliding doors that lead to the lanai and pool area. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
-The second floor Master Bedroom has fully retractable doors that open to a large, private lanai where you can enjoy the Trade Winds and the sounds of the ocean.
-There is a large soaking Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom complete with a beautiful ocean view.
-There is a kitchenette in the master for keeping your wine and bubbles cool!
-There are three additional guest bedrooms upstairs along with a laundry room with a full washer and dryer.
-Mauka guest room features mountain views with a queen bed, a large closet and TV.
-Plumeria guest room features twin beds with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects to the hall.
-Makai guest room features sliding glass doors that open to the lanai with ocean views and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Due to the COVID restrictions, we will be offering the Villa to one traveling party per reservation and in light of Covid safety measures we do not provide daily breakfast service.

-Monthly and annual safety audits and reviews to ensure the upkeep of all our safety standards
-Our Service Managers are "Certified Short-Term Rental Safety Inspectors" through Dwell Safe
-We are the only company in Hawaii and one of a few in the USA that has certified its inspectors

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the home does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the home will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
