BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. New Hawaii State Travel Rules. Travel Evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result must be provided upon arrival to the Hawaiian Islands. The State of Hawaii is requiring all travelers to Hawai‘i to take an FDA-approved NAAT test from a CLIA certified laboratory within 72 hours of their arrival. Travelers also will have their temperatures checked upon arrival and must fill out a travel and health form. All incoming travelers are required to create a profile and fill out an online health questionnaire on Safe Travels Travelers will be able to upload their negative test result when they complete their travel and health forms on the Safe Travels digital system, found at travel.hawaii.gov New Covid Rules: Stay 6 feet away from people from other units. Wear a mask when you are walking around our property outside of your unit. Use disinfectant wipes to clean off chairs and other surfaces before and after you use them. Take turns using the pool. If someone else is waiting to use it, please limit your pool time to 30 minutes Please share the Aloha spirit and make your stay and that of other guests friendly and enjoyable.
